Anyone noticed lower point cost for Hollow Points and Synthetic Tip?

Note: You can use the extended mag on the M45A1 with HP and still be left with 5 points left for an optic, you now only forgo a flash suppressor spot (which may not matter unless you really don't want to be 3D spotted when firing)
