Armored transports lack keybinding options for active equipment

When I drive an armored transport vehicle, I can only use the 3 key to activate my carried active equipment—I cannot change the keybinding myself. This is likely because it shares the same keybinding settings as transport vehicles, and the latter don't have active equipment. This means I'm stuck with the default 3-key binding. However, my keyboard lacks a function row, so I had to bind seat switching to the number keys, which now conflicts with the active equipment key. Please add the functionality to customize keybindings for active equipment on armored transport vehicles.
