ATGMs ignore aircraft flares when painted.

Whereas the IFVs' missiles ignore flares since they are laser-guided missiles in real life. I need to make sure this is a programmed and intended feature. 

I believe it's not game-breaking as there are terrain or buildings to have the missiles hit.

Others don't share that belief.
