so a few weeks ago i was banned for "Gameplay Enhancements" but i do not hack, nor do i even know how to. i have appealed it multiple times and i have been denied each time. has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know if i can contact support via email? please let me know what you guys think.
Community ManagerHi there. Unfortunately, you can't contact support by email. The only way to potentially get a ban overturned is by submitting a dispute. I know you've tried that already. You're welcome to submit disputes until you get a message saying no more investigations will be performed.
thank you for saying this, they have not given me any other reason than "we feel we have made the right decision" which is kind of crazy cause id like to know what program is flagging me so i don't get banned on other games/again if i get unbanned
