I pre-ordered BF6 on steam months ago finally I waited anxiously Friday for 10AM and I was on having a blast getting destroyed but finally HAPPY TO BE ON BF7. Yesterday evening I got home from work ready to play and said I was permanently banned?! I have no cases or penalties showing on my account to even submit an appeal I downloaded my player info and it shows a penalty for COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE? I purchased on STEAM.

Typical cheater. Knows he played past the 2 hour Steam refund time limitation yet still applies for a Steam game refund. And here he is asking to be unbanned after he was banned for cheating. Can you see and or read? Do you not see the physical picture proof I posted where it clearly states there’s nothing to appeal and I have no penalties on my account. If I was caught cheating, it would say it right there in Plainview. Clearly your IQ is not where it needs to be and you should keep your comments to yourself because you just sound dumb.
The game is full of cheaters already.
Should be a $100 fee just to get on online paid back after 12 months if you do not cheat.
I got banned again after 2 hours. Clearly anticheat is detecting some programs as cheats by mistake, but if I was asking EA support to provide information and they didnt give any info. Like I have no clue what. I legit have faceit anticheat and vanguard running on computer all the time and first time some anticheat is false detecting and autobanning. Like atleast when launching the game
They make anticheat that clearly isnt ready and they just make it automatic ban without actually someone reviewing it.
Now what another 2h Q for someone from support to unban and not telling me why I was banned and repeat that cycle
Legit asked 2x what could be the reason.
