BANNED without cause.

To preface, I am level 83 and fairly good at the game. While messing around in a infantry vehicle and shooting the turret to a certain beat, I was disconnected and incidentally banned for:

"We observed Gameplay enhancement in BATTLEFIELD LIVE SERVICES.
This means using unauthorized methods to enhance in-game performance by removing gameplay constraints or improving in-game abilities (e.g. weapon, movement, or item enhancements)."

I have never used any type of third party service or modification to any EA Service. Apart from the moderating bots identifying a very specific pattern with my shooting interval the ban seems rather random and is immensely frustrating as it indicates permanence

To make matters worse, anytime I attempt to appeal the ban through the EA avenues, I get stricken with:

"Case not created.
We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again."

Can anybody give any suggestion on what to do from here?

Thank you! This was actually immensely helpful. This is very frustrating to have happen, especially when there is actual cheating going on.

What were you using to shoot the turret at a certain beat?

  • Hi guys,

My account just got banned from BF6, I´ve been trying to submit an appeal but I´m not having any luck, when I hit the submit button, next screen is telling me that my case couldn´t be created, how can I contact customer support for this matter?

Isn't it weird that no one wants to talk openly about what they were doing when they were banned? This is the closest we have come. This person was just having some harmless fun making the turret play a sick beat. Sounds like they were using a mouse macro to click a timing-based click.  Why won't they just say so? EA warned that doing that would get you banned. What is there to appeal?

If we can't talk openly about it, how do we provide an example to others as a cautionary tale?

Just got mine removed. Faceit any cheat was likely the culprit.

    Hello,

We recently notified you about a sanction placed on your EA account. After further review, this sanction has been removed.

    What this means

The previously communicated sanction has now been reversed.

    Thank you,
    EA Terms of Service

I wasnt using anything in particular that was being made to make a sick beat. I play on Scuf Controller and was simply timing the beat of some classical musical song via muscle memory and mind to rhythm interpretation. So whether that was the cause of my ban or not, I have no idea. I was also using OBS at the time of ban which may have a more significant impact on the reasoning, but no, I do not use cheats. Period. Plain and simply.

  • Did you get a mouse click to a keybind on the keyboard? This would then be picked up as a software generated mouse click and look like a bot. I did this on the day of my ban, but on the shooting range. Have I been banned for d*king about in the shooting range? 🤣
