It confirms they want splash damage to be pitiful.
On one hand it is to be welcomed isn't it: carpet one-shelling infantry isn't pleasant (to infantry, that is).
I didn't play engineer alot to notice the rpg damage but c5 is useless unless you detonate it at head height, I had people just run through it when its on the floor and I got enemy suppressed....
