Saying that Battlefield is a Call of Duty clone, is like claiming Badminton and Tennis are the same sport. Yes, there are some surface-level similarities, but once you compare even the most basic details the argument just completely falls apart. It's mostly just an emotional argument based on feelings.
The points you make do have some merit though. The spawns are truly terrible at times and the vehicles do need to be better balanced against vehicles. The game could use some bigger maps.
The weather effects and levolution are in my opinion a minor part of the Battlefield identity, but I can understand that for some people it actually is important for the overall immersion.
I don't agree with your conclusion though. Battlefield 6 is certainly not generic. Quite the opposite. There are few games like it. The closest one is perhaps the Delta Force, but that game is quite a step down in terms of overall quality.
Battlefield also isn't strategic. Battlefield doesn't concern itself with large-scale territory control or logistics. We don't really have a proper long-term meta like you for example have in a game like Fox Hole.
If anything, Battlefield 6 is a combination of features from multiple different Battlefield games. It is for the most part the Battlefield I wanted, and I certainly don't enjoy Call of Duty.
