Battlefield Labs PS5 – CE-108255-1 crash on startup

Hello,

I received access to Battlefield Labs on PS5 with a code sent by EA. The installation went fine, but every time I try to launch the game, it instantly crashes with error CE-108255-1.

What I already tried:

• Reinstalling the game
• Deleting saved data
• Restoring licenses
• Changing system language to English (US)

Nothing worked, and the crash always happens before reaching the main menu.

• Platform: PS5
• french account localisation
• Firmware version: 25.06-12.00.00
• Time: 6:30pm CEST

Could you please check if this is a known issue and if there’s any workaround?
