Battlepass issues

I bought the battlefield pro thing for my ps5, and none of the skins or cosmetics are unlocking. It says I have them, big red checkmark and everything. I have tried all the basic stuff ea says to do. Restart the console, and all that. No luck. I tried checking my inbox in case I need to manually unlock them, and triple checked my purchase went through. It has. I have unlocked the hardware kits, but not the skins and cosmetics for like the parachute. Ea wont talk to me until 24 hours has passed, so if anyone has a solution to my nearly 30 dollar problem, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
