BF Pro Bonus Path - BF coins refund

I agree that they should refund coins that people spent since they were silent about what they were going to do to solve the issue. At least let people know not to buy tier skips until they figured it out.

I spent 750 coins to go from tiers 3-8. Then the challenge closed. I feel like I got screwed out of the coins and the cosmetics. I 100% completed the weekly challenge but those 85 points never hit my account, I guess because I completed the weekly before they added the 85 points to the weekly. This is/was a known bug that impacted many people.

I sent EA Help multiple messages on this and they are 100% worthless. I included all relevant information to include screen shots. Each EA Rep (I think 5 in total ) simply re-started the conversation every other day and never read the previous messages which were there, I could see the previous chat messages on my screen. They did the typical script reading BS. Most frustrating customer service experience ever...and I'm 51 lol. 

I, like you, feel cheated. I would like my 750 coins to return to my balance.

The fact that EA help has no phone number shows you how much they give a F.
