My EA account has been banned for "Game Enhancements." However, I have not used any cheating methods nor did I disrupt other players' experiences. The Portal mode I was playing was an officially approved mode and did not involve any modifications. I am very confused and concerned about this ban.
been banned after changing cpu on a brand new pc with literally zero software or gameplay enhancements and the AI isnt helping i need to speak to a human ive made 3 appeals what is going on. cant even get through to a human what happened to innocent until proven guilty this is nonsence
