Hi, I have about £48.00 on my steam account that has been on their for ages. I want to use the £48.00 to help purchase BF6 but launch or own on Steam. I want to play on Steam though as that's where my two Sons play. My Ea App is linked to Steam, is there any way to do this ? Thanks

Okay, I understand better now. I may have misunderstood your question, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
Steam players will not need to use the EA app to play Battlefield 6, but they will need to have an EA account.

So normally you can buy Battlefield 6 and own it on Steam without going through any other application. The only thing you have to do is link your Steam account to your EA account via the EA website in your account settings: https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/connected-accounts

This is a new change, because in Battlefield 2042, for example, the EA app was required.

Is your credit on the EA App or on Steam?
If it's on the EA App, you can't transfer the £48.00 between EA and Steam.
If it's on Steam, as long as your Steam account is linked to the same EA account you otherwise would use for BF6, you only have to purchase BF6 on Steam using your existing credit. All your progress will be on one account.

+ you can’t transfer any money between Steam accounts (if you wanted to buy it for your kids).
