BF6 optimization problems?

I made a post about this earlier but I wanna do it again just to spread awareness and to get some general help. My rig and in-game stats are listed, I feel like my pc should be able to run this game perfectly but for some reason im getting 40-70 fps. Continuous stutters make the game unplayable and ive seen others voice the same opinion as well. I would just like to know if the problem is on my end or if its a beta thing. Ive tried everything, from the "config method", to driver roll back, to enabling steam overlay and nothing works. Like I said this could just be a specs problem but any help would be appreciated!

Additionally I have not overclocked my pc and ive been seeing people suggest enabling xmp1. Im kinda new to pc so idk how risky that is so ive also added a screenshot of my memory for any pc enthusiast that can help as well!
