BF6 PE refund
Hi guys. I already pre ordered the SE. I thought I could upgrade to the PE by purchasing it and it would only charge me the difference between the 2 editions, but it purchased the PE at the full price.
Now I have both the SE and PE added to my account. I'd like to refund the PE but it's not listed in the Refund Tool and there's no refund option under Order History. I spoke with an agent and they said it's still processing on their side and once processed I can refund.
My dilemma is with the game launching tomorrow, if I play it I only have 24 hours to refund according to EA's refund policy. So which game will I be launching, the SE or PE? I purchased the SE over 3 weeks ago so that's not eligible for a refund.
I'd really like to start playing tomorrow but I don't want to risk losing out on refunding the PE as it's a lot of money. I've opened a case with EA but there's been no movement on it.
