I'm glad some people are enjoying it.
To me it feels like a sniper heavy sniper map for snipers to snipe on. The first and third stage feel nearly impossible for attackers, with most games never getting past the first stage from how imbalanced it is. You literally cannot leave the starting base without a sniper having a clear view of you. You have to smoke SPAWN just to get out of spawn. The second stage feels... maybe balanced. Attackers have a strong advantage on A, while defenders have a strong advantage on B due to how the land slopes. Most flank routes to B are also insanely easy to defend.
Then going into third stage you might as well just pick sniper to snipe because there is almost no cover and every flank route is open air. This map honestly showcases perfectly how completely broken snipers are in BF6, mostly due to this stage.
Stage 4 feels really good. Trying to retake... I think it's A that's the northern obj... as a defender is for all intents and purposes impossible, but B feels pretty easy to defend. Additional flank routes need to be added on the east end of the map through the closed hangers and this stage could feel amazing.
Then you have stage 5, or as I like to call it, why do we have stage 5 when it's so easy for attackers. They used the regular spawn area that was designed for conquest or escalation where the battle line would block the enemy from using the terrain advantage. In breakthrough, the attacking team has the exclusive terrain advantage, and defenders have 0 flank routes, or anything really. They pretty much just get to struggle until they lose.
All in all, I would rather play Sobek.
