The points are too close together, making it easy for a defender to basically defend both points. Attackers have to pick one point or the other to attack, but if the objectives are too close, defenders in the middle can basically support both defenses, making it feel like the attackers are outnumbered at both points.
For attackers, you have to have more aggressive attackers than snipers, which is rare nowadays.
