Can DICE/EA give an official statement about joystick emulation?

It would be really nice to know if we can use software like x360ce and Joystick Gremlin to create our own virtual devices. The use case is mostly to fly with hotas/hosas which is not supported native...

Yes, you totally can; right before you are permanently banned.

Don't do it. You'll be banned. Emulating a controller is the first step of using your preffered device to get the aim assist and reduced recoil of a controller. You will be banned regardless of your intent.
