Can we remove the magnet from hovering over a squadmate on the spawn screen?

For mouse and keyboard specifically, it is MISERABLE trying to spawn on a squadmate that's near other squadmates or a spawn beacon. My mouse keeps getting magnetized to one or the other, even when one is in combat and I can't spawn on them. For controller, sure, maybe it makes sense. But for M&K this is literally less functional than every prior Battlefield I've played in the past 15 years.
