Can you guys issue refunds since the game is going downhill?

I bought the game, played the game, enjoyed the game, now its going downhill with the push for small maps, smaller teams, battleroyale, and a cash shop. Not to mention the myriad bugs introduced and ...

Refund policy

The EA refund page mentions:

You can make a refund request:
within 24 hours after you first launch the game
within 14 days from the day you bought it, if you haven’t launched the game
any time before the release date if you pre-ordered the game and haven't launched it yet.

If you buy a new EA game within the first 30 days of its release date and can't play it due to technical reasons within EA's control, you can request a refund within 72 hours after you first launch the game instead of 24.

Thats not what I asked. The game is quickly becoming an out of control dumpster fire aimed at F2P Battle Royale, and CoD players. If I wanted that I'd play Apex and CoD
