Challenges not tracking

I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with a game on my PS5. My in-game challenges are not tracking despite trying several troubleshooting steps, including resetting the game, restarting my PS5, and checking for updates multiple times. I have also watched various YouTube videos for tips, but none have resolved the issue.

I have spent a significant amount of time attempting to complete these challenges, and it is frustrating to encounter so many bugs in a game that I invested a lot of money in. While I enjoy the game, this problem is significantly impacting my experience.
