Changing colors of recticals in scopes and sights.

Is there any way to change the color of the recticals in the scope? I am colorblind and the red dots does not work for me. Most of the time I use red rectical scopes I am mostly guessing where I shoot and it is a pretty big issue for me.. I have tried to use colorblind modes, but that does nothing for my issue. 

If this is not an option in the game as of now I hope it is added soon. Changing it from red to green would be nice for me, but I think more options would be great. For me this is not a matter of preference, I can't see where I am aiming most of the time. As of now I am using a scope that is not good for my playstyle just because it has green recticals. I hope there is a setting I have overlooked and someone can point me to it, but if not I hope EA gets on this pretty quick.
