Closed Weapon All-Out Warfare

So, why is the best playlist in the game no longer here? It's the only one I really care to play. Without it, Conquest and Escalation cannot be played with closed weapons. If we're going to remove this playlist, at least add "Closed weapon" as a filter option when custom searching for a game, so we still have access to the game mode. No one wants that open weapon garbage.
