Compensation for people that have missed their phantom edition bonuses

It was a wide known community issue that people did not received their phantom edition bonuses.  I have received all my bonuses after two weeks but  have already ranked myself to 25.  I paid a premium to be rank 25 right at the beginning.  I want to be compensated for my time.
