Compensation not received / Preorder on EAAPP

Question

It was informed by EA's PR that those who had issues with the launch of BF6 for having purchased the game on the EA App would receive compensation due to the inconvenience. To this day, I have not received this compensation.

All the people who purchased the game to play bot matches without any bots aren't getting any compensation either, for that matter. At least those who missed playing on launch day can still play the game now. PvE players, however, cannot.
