Controller sensitivity is chalked

I literally spent all day watching settings videos and adjusting the issue is my ads sense there is no way to stay on target at range on controller I usually have a way slower ads and fast hip fire sense issue is its either to fast or too slow I play dayz arma reforger no aim assist no problem this its just impossible. I have tmr sticks that already are touchy its just a twitchy mess it feels like im trying to turn my controller into a mouse it clearlyis a mnk game designed specifically for it. Every other battlefield i was fine also in the beta it was fine too but I won't be back anytime soon. Sucks cause the br is great its just the sensitivity. Cod wins again.
