Today i've uninstalled the game. If I wanted to play call of duty, I'd buy and play call of duty. No option to turn off crossplay as a PC player really makes me feel like they know as soon as it's an option, everyone would turn off crossplay. The game is clearly built and favors console, despite their balances and words that describe they really didn't do anything. I just can't take the auto aim, the getting decimated around corners after the fact, or losing fights across the map to smg's. If i could ask for my money back, I would. Some might argue that the game has two different games under the guise of being the same game.
There is so much in this game that is good but it's really tiring trying to play objectives when no matter what I do, I can't dodge a controller player. When I'm getting shot at and I survive running across a street, I know it's a PC player because a console player is not allowed to miss. I can't tell you the amount of times I've dove, slid, or anything, and a console had 100% accuracy and I've lost the fight. There are countless videos showing this, even how console RPG's, even fired across the map at a level distance, the game reacts and automatically adjusts for the flight. The fact that people are using vpn to create a sort of "lag switch" to compete with consoles, should not be a thing either.
I've been playing BF since it's first beta, makes me old but this game doesn't feel worth playing. I miss the server browser, high tick servers, good registry, pc only, and all that. This game is just another call of duty.
All this to say, I will return when the option for crossplay can be disable on PC. Until then, I'll play and buy other games.. Or, when a console is cross playing, their auto aim/aim assist is disabled. Fair? Probably not, but as soon as someone brings up PC aim assist, it's a crime against humanity. But I digress..
A side note, why does nato have the worst character skins, how is it that you have this one side with just some awesome skins and the other being the basic of basic?
