Defib rework
A better idea than adding charges to defib is to make it resurrect on full charge, which will eliminate spamming of it.

The also need to subtract points if the person they defib dies within the period they can't be defibed again.
Way too many score chasers just defibing people in the line of fire just to farm points and brag about how useless they are.
