This is a multiplayer game and getting full xp vs bots disrupts the progression integrity. What else do you really think they did this for?

First of all, who decided this is strictly a “multiplayer-only” game?
There’s no official rule or definition that says Battlefield must fit into one narrow category — and even if it’s considered a multiplayer game, there’s no rule saying a multiplayer game can’t include AI progression or PVE elements.
In fact, DICE themselves promised that Portal would offer “100% XP and full weapon progression” when fighting AI, and that promise is what brought many players into the game in the first place.Second, what exactly is being “disrupted”?
Unlocking attachments through AI combat doesn’t hurt anyone.
Everyone still has the same freedom to use attachments, and we all fight under the same conditions.
If what you actually want is to keep your fully-modded gun so you can stomp on players who are still unlocking attachments, then let’s just be honest about it.
That’s not “progression integrity” — that’s wanting an advantage over others.
If that’s the kind of game you want, then it’s not the kind of game I want to play.
In that case, EA might as well refund me, because I didn’t pay to be part of someone else’s power fantasy.Ironically, if you really believe “this is a multiplayer game,” that’s exactly why AI XP should exist — because fair multiplayer competition means equal access to weapons and attachments, not forcing players into an unreasonable grind just to compete on even ground.
