During the launch i was not able to play anything for about 5 to 6 hours. Every time I would go to play it would say that it was not installed and when I would go the the install manage in-game it would say purchase to play. I tried repairing, reinstall, then I saw that the issue was the EA app and not on my end.
As of now i have not received any content for the outage.
I dont know is i was voided from the content since I found online there was a way to play through portal. But anytime I would try this i would get in and with in 30 secs I was booted from the server. I only tried this a couple of times. I hope this is not the reason I did not get my compensation.
Is there anyone else having this happen to them?
Yes, many of us still havent gotten anything from the EA App outage compensation.
