Did you slow the attack heli down even more? Please undo?

Maybe this is just placebo, but I entered the attack heli today and it was noticeably slower, I couldn't get up to speed at all. If this is the case, it's completely insane, please undo the change immediately, aim-guided launchers and the RPG are also both still WAYYYY too fast.
