We aren't asking for native support, rather we are asking for developers EA specifically to not intentionally prohibit Linux users for working well supported work-arounds i.e. Wine and Proton to play their games. It is insulting and the reasons given are ridiculous.
Well, if there is some problem (like with the proper functionality of the anti-cheat solution, etc.), I am not surprised that they do not want to support it or deal with further issues there. They may not even test it on Linux (except a brief check) at all, because, you know, it's not a supported OS. Officially, many games do not support Linux and workarounds may or may not work for them. In case of BF6, the workarounds don't work, the official minimum requirements weren't met and that's it. I see no reason to be surprised or angry, it's always a lottery.
