I imagine it's hard to support kernel level anticheat on Linux due to it having so many different distributions. There's Ubuntu, Mint, Debian, Fedora, and Arch. Just to name a few.
I wonder if Linux gamers would be happy if DICE supported a single Linux distribution such as Ubuntu?
Personally, if we had to install an immutable distro from one specific provider i would be satisfied, i would make a partition just for that.
My PC can run Win 11, TPM 2.0, Secure Boot no issue. But my distrust and total aversion to Microsoft products i will not for my personal hardware use them.
I'm not mad also that EA doesn't go the route of allowing Linux i understand its all business, so i just place my dollars elsewhere.

I like this idea. An immutable SteamOS could be a good start. Nothing has deep access in usermode on my machine, I'm not going to make an exception for a **bleep** game. Especially not kernel access.
