I agree wholeheartedly with this post. After seeing the most recent play test footage (mid-September), I'm actually optimistic about the state of the game. However, I have moved over to Linux for home use, and I may not come back to Windows. Seeing EA not take the time to acknowledge Linux users just reeks of laziness to me, and it is one of the reasons I can't really see myself giving them money moving forward. Someone in EA's management team needs to understand that the company should be pushing technology forward, not just settling for the quick buck from whoever will give it to them.
