Better match making

I really hate how the stats determine your teams...My god, is it ever broken!!! Please fix this NOW!!! I can't stand jumping into a game and being on a team where the highest rank is less than 200, but the other team will have 3 over 250...Casual breakthrough is no longer casual...FIX THE  MATCH MAKING NOW!!!
