Disproportionate power of ground vehicles to aircraft

Hello everyone. I've been flying US and Russian jets for the last two days. From what I've seen, some anti-infantry armored vehicles fire radar-locked rockets, and they don't have a specific tracking range. They can shoot down planes and other aircraft from very long distances. I'd like to know if there will be an update on this or what the community's stance is on this. I don't want any vehicle to be ultra-strong, but I think it needs to meet certain requirements for it to be playable. Thank you.
