Do X in a match challenges are bad

The challenges to get x amount of kills in match are just bad. It’s a skill check challenge that you have to actively play for, often in a manner that is not conducive to helping your team, and is extremely frustrating to accomplish. Having unlocks for weapons and equipment gated behind the challenges is ridiculous. Cosmetics or player card unlocks seem totally sensible for harder challenges, just not weapons and gadgets. It is exceptionally frustrating to the point I sometimes just want to quit the game entirely, and hope EA changes it.
