In Short: Nope! Every 2nd round and I am 300+ hours in the game, playing shooters since 15+ years, we have obvious, blatant hackers on PC, using Aimbot + ESP not even try to hide it. Furthermore, I have heard from someone else that Cronus is still working.
funny thing is in their las update about the anti cheat...they say 98 percent of the games is clean. I doubt it.
