Because you can browse twitch and youtube and see channels doing these series like "using $10 cheats every day until I get banned"
The point is, there are people showcasing these cheats showing you that they are not being detected by the anti cheat, Maybe they get caught upon manual review but the still proves the point that the anti cheat is just not cutting it alone.
These people blatantly showing cheats, is because they sell these cheats. Even if they get banned, they'd still claim that they haven't been caught. It should be quite obvious, but a cheat seller isn't going to admit when they get caught in their promo videos/streams.
I remember there was a fat white streamer on YouTube with a hat and a beard who shared videos on how to cheat without being detected. The videos described in detail their cheating methods and tricks, and the language was very arrogant.
I'm not doubting they get banned and no doubt they will lie in order to sell their cheats, I'm just pointing out that the anti-cheat is not detecting them right off the bat and that is evident from their videos showing them using them in game
