Dog tag “Breathtaking” (EA Play, Season 1) is not unlocking

Hi, my EA ID is Britto113 and I'm playing Battlefield 6 on the Steam/EA App platform. I'm currently an active EA Play subscriber on Steam, but I've even tried subscribing directly through the EA App.

The dog tag “Breathtaking” appears in my inventory with the description “Unlocked for EA Play members in Season 1”, but I can't accept/activate it — nothing happens when I try / it remains locked. I've already confirmed:

I'm logged into the same EA account that has EA Play;

I checked in Inbox/Rewards and in Awards → Other;

I restarted the launcher and the game;

I subscribed to EA Play through the EA App and it still didn't work, I requested a refund. I'm now only using the Steam subscription.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game on both platforms I tried, deleting the caches and registry residue, but nothing changed.

The game is up to date.

Attached are screenshots (inventory showing the dog tag, screen of my EA Play subscription and time/date of the screenshot). I requested manual release of the "Breathtaking" dog tag through support but they didn't grant it, and getting a refund from EA Play through the EA App was difficult; I had to threaten legal action. Any help is welcome. Thank you.
