EA Account got hacked

ea support sucks. can you unlink EA from your steam account?

Unfortunately not. Everything’s on EA’s end, so we have to contact their support. I don’t know why they’re taking so long—maybe their team’s just small, or it’s the peak weekend since BF6 just came out.

Any Update? The same thing has happened to me and I contacted Support and have not heard a thing in weeks!

its the same thing for me word for word but I got a spam email, saying that someone has change my email that was linked to my EA account, and I gave them the email that it was changed to as I seen it in the email that told me what it was changed, so I gave them proof of my account information such as my EA ID and my email before it was changed I even gave the screen shot proof in my complaint of the email and when I i tried login in it sent a code to there email.

 your steam id was linked to your EA account but for me it was playstation account that was linked and i cant link it to my new account cuz well its on my hacked one and Ive been told an EA adviser will contact me soon, its been 19 hours since then the only updates I got were from the chat bots asking if I still need help like its so joke
