EA account wrongfully banned!!!

I have put so many hours into Battlefield 6. i have purchased battlefield pro and season passses both completed by the way. i was playing the game just tried to go on an it says my account has been disabled for hateful conduct. clearly i have been reported by someone for nothing and the AI system has banned me. i have submitted an apeal but what are the success rates my account is level 170 i am fuming as i have genuinely done nothing wrong. i need a contact number or something because live chat doesnt take you to a human.

Hi there. I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. What you can do is submit a dispute with Terms of Service so they can review the ban to verify if it should have been given out or not. Please see the article here for instructions to submit an appeal. Thanks!

Everyone is a report goblin nowadays, you can't use the spicy words anymore like in the old days.
