Ea deleting PAID content - USMC 250th bundle removed

Seen some other posts about the removal of USMC 250th bundle from Battlefield 6. This was PAID content that is now entirely absent from BF6, despite previously purchasing this.  

Further proof of this being ACTIVELY REMOVED and not “MISSING” is the the fact that it is no longer listed in the store either - with the Anchor icon, Devil Dog title, and Seahorse sticker entirely removed, even when selecting “show unowned” - this should surface any and all previously available content, but doesn’t show the USMC 250th bundle 

I have since opened a ticket with EA and their response is not any sort of an apology but a “where’s your receipt”. Convenient that this was purchased in-game yet somehow the receipt is no longer available for this banished content. The only “proof” I have is a random post game screenshot - yet EA is blatantly ignoring the fact that the bundle was removed, pretty easy to see it’s gone, but absolutely not even a millimeter of accountability or recognition the bundle was removed. 

Curious if anyone has found any resolution since EA doesn’t care to provide any reasonable support. The only reasonable action I have is to stop giving EA money or time and to inform others of their anti consumer behavior. 

Yes the bundle was like $3 - but if EA is going to remove PAID content without communicating or compensating, then there is 0 guarantee they won’t remove other bundles or shut games down early. If anything - there is now a CLEAR PRECEDENT that EA can AND WILL remove PAID content at will, with no compensation. Spend your money and time somewhere else where it’s appreciated, cause that clearly isn’t with EA or BF6

    Yes I continue to get similar gaslighting responses instead of a simple “hey we looked into it and (either) a.) it’s still in the shop and it’s an issue with your account or b.) it actually did get removed entirely, let’s figure out a resolution 

    instead - EA does neither of these and asks for a receipt or proof, I provide that, then the response is “oh you have to troubleshoot via the forums” lmfao and they’re SERIOUS about that response, never experienced such a blatant disrespect for paying customers in my entire life,

    YEP!  EA completely ignores the primary issue of “the thing I paid for is entirely deleted from the game” and instead gaslights over anything else. Was told to “reopen” my case - except it’s already open, so there’s no option to “reopen” an “open” case. Told that I need to troubleshoot via the forums lol absolute worst support I’ve ever experienced. 

     

  • I had asked in discord about this as well and just got a message about my gamer tag was offensive never mentioned the actual post
