EA is a scammer

I pre-ordered bf6 for 70 dollars on steam a month ago However my EA account got disabled permanently without any reason (probably because it's hacked) it even got warnings on Eafc25 I dont even have that game. I can't play bf6 because it wants me to connect online servers but since my account has banned and cant unlink it from my steam I cant play bf6. Please give my money back or help unlinking this account. I will keep starting discussions until someone helps me. None of the moderation stuff helped me. I sent lots of emails opened so many cases but nothing has changed I have every battlefield game but cant play any of them. This must be a joke.
