A whole month gone by, and your TOS team is still MIA! People are stuck waiting for Studio, live chat is useless, the forums don’t help, and every appeal just gets auto-rejected by some dumb AI. What’s the point of this worthless EA HELP if you can’t even do basic customer support? I’m seriously done with this!

Did you even bother to read what I said? EA hasn’t replied to anyone. Don’t act like we’re all clueless and haven’t tried every possible option already. And spare me the “just appeal” nonsense. EA Help is literally broken right now. That’s a fact! For the first couple of days after the ban, you couldn’t even appeal because there was no ban history showing up. If you don’t know exactly what we’ve been dealing with, then maybe don’t jump to conclusions so easily.
Posting here at least lets people see that this problem exists, and EA forum staff could escalate it instead of pretending everything is fine. We paid real money, and now we’re supposed to shut up and wait until EA randomly decides to care? Get real.
And to the people worshipping the anti-cheat like it’s some flawless god: explain this to me —
If EA’s anti-cheat is so “perfect,” why are people getting unbanned left and right? Why did an Apex WORLD CHAMPION get banned ON STREAM? Explain why some players got ban emails when they didn’t even launch the game.
If that’s your definition of “working correctly,” then I honestly don’t know what to tell you.
EA HELP is broken. The anti-cheat is not perfect. People are getting screwed over. That’s the reality — deal with it.
