EA, What the f*ck?

I was suspended mid-match today for "Gameplay Enhancements". I have no **bleep** idea what this means. My main thing is sniping on Breakthrough, and more often than not I end up with a scoreline that looks like 50-5. I play ultra safe and mainly only die to other snipers. 

I just can't believe I was suspended. I've played BF on EA since 2016, never so much as had a suspension before, let alone a ban for cheating. I have numerous recordings of my BF6 sniping matches & will gladly supply them to EA. 

Hopefully my support ticket is resolved quickly because this is **bleep** unacceptable. I almost want my money back. I paid for this game. I play this game within the boundaries that EA gives you, yet I get punished for it. Whats stopping them from banning me for even longer after this suspension ends in 6 days? 

I am severely pissed off about this & after coming to the forums, I see that I'm not the only one with this experience.
