Appeal for Account Ban - False Positive Investigation Request
Dear EA Terms of Service / Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally appeal the [permanent ban] imposed on my Battlefield 6 account (EA ID: "I_IIADSII_I", Linked Steam ID: alipast524) on 04/18/2026. I kindly request a thorough, manual re-investigation of this action.
I solemnly declare that I have never used any cheating software, aimbots, wallhacks, or unauthorized third-party programs in Battlefield 6. I fully support EA's efforts in maintaining a fair gaming environment as outlined in the Positive Play Charter.
After careful self-examination, I strongly believe this ban is the result of a false positive triggered by EA's kernel-level anti-cheat software. Prior to playing Battlefield 6, I was running a local, single-player modification tool for a completely different, non-EA game (Helldivers 2, used strictly in solo PVE sessions). I suspect that the anti-cheat system may have mistakenly flagged residual background processes or memory signatures associated with that harmless background application as a threat, even though it was never attached to, or used in connection with, Battlefield 6.
I wish to emphasize the following:
The aforementioned background tool was never injected into Battlefield 6, nor did it interact with any Battlefield 6 game directories or processes.
I had absolutely no intention of gaining any unfair advantage in your game.
Upon realizing this potential software conflict, I immediately and completely uninstalled all related background tools to ensure absolute compliance with EA's environment requirements.
I fully understand EA's strict policy against cheating. However, I respectfully submit that this situation is a misidentification by the automated system rather than a deliberate violation of the Terms of Service.
I have been a loyal Battlefield player for many years, accumulating over 2,387 hours across multiple titles in the franchise (603 hrs in BF1, 702 hrs in BF5, 648 hrs in BF2042, and 434 hrs in BF6). Battlefield is not just a game to me; it’s a cherished part of my gaming journey. It is completely illogical for a genuine fan to risk such a well-maintained, highly invested, and long-standing account by using unauthorized software.
Therefore, I urgently request a comprehensive manual review of my account activity, particularly the detailed game logs and system environment data from the 72-hour period prior to the ban. I am confident that a thorough human investigation will confirm my innocence.

Respectfully yours,
