While I do appreciate adding snow to just one part of NYC I believe we are missing out on an entirely new experience. 

1)Why is there no dynamic weather that changes game to game. You could have snow, and rain which would make everything alittle more difficult driving and vision for all the players. Adding rain sometimes and snow would create different atmospheres. 

But the biggest loss, or wish I knew why you didnt implement night time games on the same maps. We literally have a map in NYC.  How amazing would it be with all the windows lit up on all the skyscrapers etc. 

Please think about adding random weather and random times of day to all the maps.
