Equipment bug

I'm sure this is somewhere and many people also have seen it, but I have been noticing ALOT that when i place down my motion sensor or the anti vehicle motion gadget in engineer that they don't even place and just disappear and i lose my use of it unless i die or go get a ammo pack. Please fix this bug as quickly as you can.

    It happened to me once or twice with that wall thing you can set up on support. Just poof, gone.

    Yeah when i first was playing recon to get the skin i had my motion sensor disappear 5 times before it worked

    I didn't get it that bad. I got 1 or 2 of 10 tries, for example.
