If you have Glorious Core downloaded thats why you been banned twice. It has macro capabilities. Same goes for the other guy who commented about using Logitech. Logitech G Hub also has macro capabilities.
I have been banned before in Guild Wars 2 decades ago for using Logitech G Hub for my Logitech G15 keyboard.
Using 3rd party software to change keybinds is hacking/cheating. Your using that software to hack buttons instead of using the in game settings.
Don't use 3rd party software or even have it on your system. TOS even states to disable all 3rd party software.
You didnt and got banned twice.
Keep in mind. Macros is how you create cheats like rapid fire. Its very easy to do using all 3rd party software.
